The inspiration was to translate what travel means for us in the format of a local experience. Through theater and social activism, we choose to learn a skill by doing it and share it through the words of participants. As thrilling it can be to talk or read about performance activism, doing it is way much better! Just like travelling, pictures and memories are not an inch as incredible if you compare it to what happens during a trip.

Samuel mostly learned to film through scholar and personnal projects. Also, he helps out on several sets such as a musical clip. His last project was an experimental documentary about urban animals. He is enrolled in film production at university. Veronique volunteers for several medias and webtv about travel, music and arts. She is planning to travel and work this summer while learning a fourth language after graduating from a Communication and Culture bachelor.

We hope to pursue this quest of learning more about Forum Theater, a genre that has been created in Brazil. This scholarship is a great opportunity to reinforce our skills with a pro and, from the experience, make our own path and share the amazing experience that travelling provided.
