When I take a photo there is a moment after I press the shutter I think although the moment has gone, it will forever be immortalised in the photo I have just taken.

I have always been curious a person. I desire to see and experience what this world has to offer and share these experiences with others.

I want to take photos that inspire people and tell them something they didn’t know.

I think the smallest and simplest things can tell you the most and this is what I want to learn to convey in my photography.

Photography is something personal. Everyone will take something different away from viewing a picture.

As a journalism student, I have a passion for communication and photography is one of the best ways to communicate what something is like.

An opportunity to learn and enhance my photography skills will not only benefit me personally but will help me greatly in my future career, as being multi-skilled is vital in the digital age.

I honestly believe this experience will help me understand how to convey the world to others in a powerful and inspiring way.
