This baby's been to Italy

My Photo scholarship 2010 entry

Hot spring outside Viterbo, Italy - 2010: Bathers come to this volcanic hot spring to relax and slather themselves with mud. The incredibly soft sand is said to hold holistic health benefits. The main spring boils from the ground and is fenced off from the public because it is too hot to touch. Here, rags try to absorb some of the heat before it comes through the rock and pours into the pools.
