Hi, my name is Sabina and I live in Slovenia. I work as a freelancer food stylist on commercials, but ever since I got my first camera as a teenager, photography became my hobby, my passion. A viewfinder has a very appropriate name - finding a view. To me, looking through it, helps me see and understand things differently and snapping/sealing the moment as a photo, i have a chance to pass on my understanding and my point of view. And each has it's own. I love the outdoors. May it be basting on the sun or strong gale flapping hair against my ears, or freezing cold nibbling at my nose. Nature in its intransigent beauty. It enriches and amazes. That is why I travel as much as I possibly can. Noticing, paying attention and understanding the differences - natural and cultural, it makes me appreciate more the world we live in and how it must be looked after. We are citizens of the earth foremost and comprehending that every action has a consequence, is essential. And to those who can't experience those faraway places firsthand, photography and travel writing is an amazing tool for learning and collectively, hopefully, increasing our humanity. Greenland is where I want to find my view.
