Hi and welcome to my Journal! :)

I'm a 19 year old student from Surrey, UK, and am about to embark on the first of my (hopefully many) travel adventures. 

As part of my gap year I am travelling to Cusco in Peru to volunteer with a wonderful charity which offers refuge to the street children of Cusco. From there... who knows! The Amazon Jungle, top of Macchu Picchu and Bolivia are all currently on the itinerary, and hopefully much more. I hope to really experience and get involved in the Latin American culture, which I have never had the opportunity to discover before now.

As the adventure progresses, so will my Journal!
