The Maasai’s soul I! In Kenya, in the Maasai shepherds’ village, the man’s confident look contrasts with that of the woman. Men endure in travelling across the lands, accompanying their herds, and build up to that.

Fences in the Maasai World!

For the Maasai women the fences that surround the cattle also indicate the edge of their own world. These fences protect the cattle from predators during the night but it is also the borderline of a smaller world, made out of day to day routines and worries, one that is well known to these women. Above, the sky is limitless.
