ONe word - hectic! the Kansai region from what I`ve seen of it is lovely - sorry pictures will come next time. Have moved into my little apartment and feel like my whole life I`ve been working towards going to Japan - very weird. Food has been interesting. My favourite so far was squid with some vegies - fried I think. Very yum. I really like the Melon custard bread I had today.
So far I have had to fix two punctures in my bike tyre and the saying necessity is the mother of invention is SO true! Today I managed to get a new tyre (took me an hour and a half but I got there!). Food is very cheap which is great. Haven`t made it to the beach yet - that WILL happen this weekend. More updates coming soon!
