My Photo scholarship 2010 entry

These photo's were taken on a recent trip to China, a country that has been top of my must see list for a long time, it was everything I expected and more. I'd love to win this scholarship as visiting Bhutan to see such rare creatures in their natural setting would be a once in a life time experience. I have long envied David Attenbourough and anyone who gets to work with capturing wild life on film for a living. Working with a gifted photographer and learning from such a talented expert would do wonders for my limited but enthusiatic photography skills. I'm a juncture in my life where I feel I need a career change from something that pays a great salary but provides little job satisfaction, to something that would be creative and much more fulfilling, therefore this opportunity could not come at a better time in my life as it would allow me to explore what it would be like to work as a photographer. I hope you enjoy the exploring the photographs I have submitted as much as I enjoyed taking them.
