Life is what you make of it; make it an adventure

To me, film is an infinite universe where dreams are real and all of the idealisations are true. Where anything can be perfect, and even the ugly stuff is beautiful. Where the air seems to hum and there's a kind of heavy, delicate, unknown shudder that only summer air knows. Where you can fall through the sky, feel the tiny droplets of not-yet-rain break against your skin. Where everything is phosphorescent.

Where you can live every moment of every story, and there are so many stories to tell.

I want to do this, to tell a story, and I want to do this so I can be part of that story. I have experience in documenting festivals, such as Cropredy, and Cornbury 2014, where I worked as cinematographer for the WBBC (Whispering Bob Broadcast Company). I've worked for Bob Harris and the WBBC for the past 7 months or so. I have experience in music videos for a range of genres and artists, and I've also worked on promos and adverts for companies such as TresEMMES and SS20. Ultimately I want to work on feature films, so in the meantime I also work on a variety of my own short film projects, as well as taking on smaller roles on other projects. Additionally, I'm currently working on the screenplay for a feature film which I hope to shoot in the next couple of years.

I couldn't put a price on the chance to learn new skills, and polish old ones, and winning this would be an opportunity to expand my experience in life and in film, which, to me, really go hand in hand.
