I took this photo when I was in Jayapura which is the capital city of Papua. The photo was taken in The Lake Sentani Festival. The festival was held every year. The Festival was held for tourism purpose. Because Jayapura is lack of tourist. So to promote the tourism aspect they make this traditional and cultural festival. The festival showed us what clothes they used to wear, and if you see the man who wears modern cloth and one wears the traditional cloth photo, is about how they want to protect their own traditional cloth from the outsider. And if you see the photo the people ride the boat is about how they celebrate the harvest moon. The rest of the photo is about the scenery in Jayapura. If you look a little closer beside the sea they don't have sand but it's small soft stone. If you take a walk on the seaside you'll feel like massage (reflexology). The air, the sky, the people, so full of energy. I can't deny i want to go back to Jayapura again. Well, I'm a person who really love traveling, enjoy the scenery, love to learn new culture and meeting new people. Now I'm studying in Busan South Korea, so now I'm still struggling with the language. I love to try new things. Being an outdoor person it suits with my hobby which is photography. I do all type photography, even most of time I do fashion photography, but I do want to expand my photography ability especially, the scenery photography. So Bhutan --This Land of Thunderdragonthe a country which covers with forest and rich of natural resources can be the next stop for me.
