He wasn't weaving all over the road 'cause he was drunk - take a closer look and you'll see there's hundreds of people on the roads. He also kept looking back to check that he hadn't hit anyone. It's unfair to assume that he was drunk - you shouldn't be so judgmental..... Be safe!
