Rustenburg

SOUTH AFRICA | Friday, 6 April 2007 | Views [416] | Comments [1]

The final village we coached in was at Rustenburg.  We coached at the sports stadium and invited local kids to visit.  There were kids from the local soccer, netball, basketball and cricket teams.  We donated the equipment to the SOS Village and also to a few of the local sports teams.

I am thinking of visiting Rustenburg, because of some historical family ties to the area. This is a delicate question, but I beleive the population is predominantly Black, how safe is it for two white women to be travelling alone there..appreciate your comment
