I'm Raya, an Arab-American finishing up my last year at the University of New Hampshire. I will be getting my degree in English/Journalism, with the hopes of one day becoming a photojournalist. I'm fascinated by moments of spontaneity that bring out the beauty in people and nature. I began taking photos in the summer of 2007 at my family's lake house in Barrington, NH with my best friend's Nikon D40. Surrounded by boundless acres of beauty, my passion for photography was conceived. I love storytelling through my photos, and most of all; taking people to places they may never get a chance to go.
