Mourning Girl: Relatives of the victims of those disappeared during Fujimori´s regime and citizens who mourned their loss made their presence felt in the march of ¨Nunca Más”.

Monty´s Money: Many protesters became street performers as well: masks were used to denounce corrupt politicians which led Peru to moral and economic crisis. In this picture, a student represents Vladimiro Montesinos, one of the main figures of power during Fujimori´s regime, sentenced to imprisonment for massive theft of public funds and corruption.

Never Again: The march was officially summoned under the name “With hope and dignity, Fujimori never again”. Those who attended sought to protest against former president Alberto Fujimori´s daughter Keiko as a candidate to the 2011 presidential elections in Peru, reminding fellow citizens of the acts of violence, corruption and violation of human rights that occurred under Fujimori´s government in the 90s.
