And here I am again in the insanity that is New York City.
You could say that I love being here and many times I think I'll do fine by staying in hte city and experienc what is like to be a true New Yorker... but I don't get how people can live like this.
I get though, that many people find it fascinanting and how it came to be the capital of the world.
You just have to stand in the middle of Times Square at night surrounded by milions of lights telling you that you can go anywhere else in the world and you won't see anything like it. I suppose you could find similarities in downtown Tokyo or even Picadilly Circus in London, but New York gives you the sensation that every culture, country, race or language meets here in this spot.
So yeah... this is where you have to start when you're traveling around the US.
Everything else is just too American!!!
