As I travel around the world I've learned that we do have a responsibility to help preserve the places we visit. There's many different ways as travelers that we can have a positive effect. For me it's a simple act of picking up garbage wherever I am. With this thought in mind I produced a documentary on the trash problem in Thailand.
This documentary is very true to my heart. I've been traveling to Thailand for over 20 years and have watched a country changed dramatically. the biggest problem is that now there are more tourists than travelers and I've learned that tourists for the most part don't really care about the places they visit, their only there to enjoy the holiday take their snapshots and return home. my goal was to show people that this is not acceptable in this led to the making of trouble in paradise.
