I don´t need wings to fly

My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Morocco | Monday, December 31, 2012 | 5 photos

My the first analog camera I got when I was 7 years old and the first black&white film I used for taking pictures of my little classmate on a toilet with her primer book. From that day I knew that photography has become my passion for all my life. Now I am 23, student of Social studies and Religions (in the last year) and also passionate amateur of travel photography. I am from Slovakia, currently studying in Belgium. I consider myself for active person, I love sports as kayaking, climbing, hiking etc. Travelling, as well photography are the most what I want to dedicate after finish my University – but I don´t want to be amateur photographer anymore! I desire to learn and practice more and more! This is one of my the biggest opportunity how to do it. I really want to improve my frames and I can do it with your help. As photographer I prefere taking pictures of countryside, architecture and especially of people - I am fascinated by the diversity of life. I am interesting in different societies, their cultures and religions.
I hope I have sufficiently expressed my desire to become one of you!
Best Regards, Radka Galkova

About radka_galkova

A journay through Ourika Valley, Morocco, December 2012 - For short time it was hard decission for us choose between journay either to the Maroccian desert or to the nature of the Valley in Ourika. We chose the second option and certainly we never regret it. Welcoming peaks of the High Atlas, beautiful countryside, small village with lot of nice people who knew makes your mood by their warm smile. Also, many of local home restaurant located immediately next to flowing river guarantee the true experience and enjoyment of their food.
