I have kept a record of all the money I have spent on this holiday, including airfares, insurances, car hire etc right down to the shuttle bus to the airport in Brisbane. All money spent while away came off my travel card so an easy record there. The only extra (so far) was a toll fee for the M50 in Dublin:-(
So everything included, right down to the small change I gave a street (train) musician in Paris.
