Gee we could tell these B&B houses a thing or two. What is it with showers! At Rogers we had to run around in the shower to get wet, so we both postponed our hair washing day until this morning. Well this morning the shower went from freezing to scalding with nothing inbetween. Janice only got the scalding. No amount of adjustment made any difference. Don't other people ever say anything!! Or is it just Janice and I that strike this. According to the guest book everyone else appeared to have a wonderful stay. Alex phoned the plumber while we were there. Didn't even bother checking the shower!
That aside Alex and his wife were the best of hosts. It even turns out he has a niece in Noosa. I've promised to be in contact when I get back.
Holkham house today and now we're down near Cambridge ready for our flight to France tomorrow. B&B with poor WIFI again!! We're now down at the local pub having a meal. Battery low, so time for me to go. Hopefully thngs will be better in our gite in France:-)
