Revolution from another perspective

I was motivated to choose the Egyptian revolution as my topic because I am proud to be part of it and I can see one of my favorite quotes come true: “Be the change you want to see in the world”. This is a very good opportunity to show the whole word who the Egyptians really are.

My Documentary experience is very few. I actually started reading about Documentaries after i saw this scholarship because one of my passions is Photography. And just like Photography, you have to have an eye for making a documentary. It's not simply about shooting a movie but seeing through this documentary, living the experience through this documentary.
The reason for me to apply for this scholarship is my interest in learning the study of documentary and this in a practical way, the live experience.
I am also a travel fan. I’ve traveled to many countries like Germany, Malaysia, Turkey, UAE, Qatar and others.

So I see this scholarship as a very interesting opportunity to travel to a new place and learn a new culture. And at the same time to use my photographic skills and develop myself to learn making documentaries.
