My Scholarship entry - A village of potters in a metropolis

Nestled in the heart of the Mumbai lies an age old village of potters known as “Kumbharwada”. Pottery has been the only business for these artisans here for more than a centuries. Pots made here are exported to the countries world over but the living condition of the potters has not changed for ages.
The artistry is always admired and appreciated. But, the artists are always behind the stage performing without any appreciation or credit.
