I am a design student studying at Victoria University of Wellington. After completing the elective photography papers at Victoria I fell in love with photography. Unfortunately the papers offered only go as far as Second year and I feel as though I have only just begun to explore photography. I would greatly appreciate this opportunity to travel and develop my photography skills not only technically but conceptually and creatively as-well. I am enthusiastic, fit and feel that this opportunity would not only help to improve my photography but also would expand and deepen my personality and character.

The set is entitled "Home but not home" and is an exploration of my new town, Wellington, New Zealand. The images are taken on a Holga 120 and remeadiated with a Canon 5D and light-box. Each image carries with it a memory or experience I have had in this town.
