There are three things which are dominating my life: urban art and culture, photography and traveling.

Hello, my name is Katharina Grube. I´m 31 years old, living in Hamburg, Germany and working as a fitness instructor as well as a journalist. 

In the early age of 13 i´ve been on travels the first time. Two years before that the wall came down and i was to curious to be afraid of traveling. I wanted to see the world, see what´s going on and document it with my camera. Lots of continents, countries and cities were following. Today i´m the founder and publisher of open blackbook – an international online magazine about urban art and culture which is also mirroring my passions – traveling and art. 

My influences have been mainly my grandfather who is a photographer himself as well as people and the street life in general.
