My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

One should always choose a career in which you are interested, one for which you have the skills to succeed and one which actually suits your lifestyle preferences! Wish I had known and understood this before! Despite this the last couple of years have thought me how fascinating photography can be. Learning has been fun right from the humble handy cam (where I would freeze frames) to a basic digital camera to my reliable and creative DSLR! This hobby or call it love or obsession rather, takes majority of my time! All-most every day I check blogs, learning about equipment (which usually I can’t afford) and technique (which I can definitely learn and implement)! At this point I feel it is high time for on-field experience. Here in India though there are some superb photographers still it is not seen as a viable option by many. And I intend to make a career in travel photography; this is because I have tried sports, fashion, street and travelling! And of all this I like travel and street the most! The joy when I look at pictures I have clicked not only makes me happy but also encourages me to go further and advance my skills! So I intend to travel, have fun and learn all through this.
