Europe Through An iPhone

My Scholarship entry - An iPhone is more powerful than meets the eye.

I have always had a passion for Photography and have a Canon that I play with as much as possible. However I find the camera I use most is my iPhone. I really manage to capture what I see and the places I have been as I don't think your controlling the environment around you. With modern cameras we can really change the way a scene looks in front of us. However an iPhone captures that moment exactly how it's given. You can choose your focus and that about it. I love the idea of freedom that the image then has. I have also found that working with old film cameras gives you limited play with images and it sort of 'does what it wants' which I love the idea of.
I am currently trying to get work on yachts, however it's going slow and I am living back at home and starting up a project that I put to bed about a year ago. I'm starting to print Tee shirts to try and keep a little income flowing in so I can afford to keep moving around the place with my cameras and iPhone capturing the moment as it comes.
