Born in Germany and moved to Australia age 20, with my passion is to capture the world wherever I go and what I do. My kids state: “ Mum, you don’t always need to bring the camera everywhere!” My response is “Where I go my camera goes!” In 2010 I gained my diploma in photography and enjoy all kinds of photography and to capture all the colours of nature early in the mornings and late into the night. I have a desire of photographing surfing and social events, lifestyle, culture, people photography/portraiture, landscape and of course travel photography! I feel a constant desire to listen, learn and gain more knowledge and strongly believe life is a never-ending lesson waiting for me to explore. So often I get together with other photography friends to learn from them and practice different techniques. With my passion for travelling, and experience gained from this scholarship, I hope to further improve and advance my photography skills, whilst immerse into unknown cultures, and being able to capture the memorizing beauty of our world. Being offered this life changing and moving experience to assist and be alongside a world renowned photographer would be an opportunity I dream of.
