There are two ways to see the life, one as if nothing been like a miracle and the other as if everything is a miracle.
I prefer see the life like a miracle everyday, everymorning, every night, always. The life is a miracle, and travel is like an award. Is the medicine of the brain, the another page of our own book. when i traveled to poland, i didn't know what to expect, what to see, what to eat. Nothing.
I remember when i saw the destiny to cracow, I thought; Cracow? Poland? What am i going to do in that place? i didn't had any idea, but i said to me , if i never try different things i'll never discover the wonderful things that the life have to me. So, i bought my crazy ticket to Krakow and prepared my backpack to take my journey .
Cracow, poland- I saw the amazing city that nobody told me before. From music scene to the great bars, cheap food (really good food) , a beautiful park, a lot of history, oh my god was so cool, and walk around the jewish quarter was the cherry on the cake of the perfect day.
My second day on this magical city, was better than others day of my life, I decided to visit the auschwitz concentration camps, that place was a network of German Nazi concentration camps and extermination camps, in the actually is a state memorial to the victims of Nazism on the site of the camp.
Having visited that place, and getting a reflexion about this kind of tragedies makes the people fight for the humanity, the poverty and don't give up about their lives. It's like a kind of motivation to help us each other.
Returning to my Polish experience, I went out with my new hostel friends to some bars and discos with delicious beers and great music, with a lot of places to hang out , show your better moves and maybe meet some nice and handsome guy. I said maybe...
About the food, like everything in poland was new and unfamiliar, the food was not the exception. I don't really had any idea about what restaurant visit, or what food eat. So, i decided to do my girly things, and question to polish people about their delicious and typically polish cuisine.
Polish cuisine is so tasty, I tasted kielbasa, that is a kind of sausage also called polish sausage, that is prepared in many different ways, like in a hot dog, solo, with sauce, so delicious and different than others.
Another amazing dish, is named zurek that is a soup made of soured rye flour and sausage (kielbasa) with a lot of flavors and odors.
Poland, is getting lost and love it.
