From my teen years, I have seen the world through a camera viewfinder, composing photos even when a camera is not in hand. I enjoy taking pictures of landscapes, natural patterns, and other things I encounter in my travels; however, I am at a stage in life when I have come to appreciate the richness and diversity of the people that inhabit this planet. I want to know more about the people, customs and cultures in different areas -- and I want to be able to better capture them photographically. I enjoy travel and find it transformative and generally a growth experience. I enjoy learning and expanding my skill sets and hope to continue to improve my photography.
