egg, butter, soda, wheat flour, vinegar, hot water, sour yogurt or sour-cream, cow cheese

 

How to prepare this recipe
Make dough from 4 glass of wheat flour, 200 mg vegetable butter, 150 mg sour yogurt, 1/2 tea-spoon soda, 1/2 tea-spoon vinegar and 100 mg of hot water. Put the dough in the fridge for 2 hours, then take out, roll half of it and put on the hot tray, put on it the heart prepared from 1/2 kg cow cheese chopped into small pieces+3 eggs, then put another part of rolled dough, grease on it mixed sour-cream with yellow part of one egg and put into the oven on 150 degrees for half an hour. Eat warm, Gustate una deliziosa!
