Today I moved from Goode Beach to Rose Garden Caravan Park at Emu Point (8km out of Albany) as Alan has kindly loaned, towed and set up his caravan for me to use while I am here which is very generous and is going to be an absolute luxury after living in a tent.
I have a lovely shady spot under a big tree, close to the showers, 200mtr walk to the beach, a bike path along the beach into town, and my ukulele to play! What more could one ask for!
I've put up some notices around town for house sitting and will look for some work while I am here, to help fund the peak season caravan park rates ($50 per night for a tent or caravan). My adventure rolls on!
