We arrived on the 15th December after the very long flight via Dubai. It gets harder each time to do this but it is a means to an end. We can visit our favourite UK people and places by putting up with some discomfort for 24 hours. The Lexus Rocketship piloted by Anne took us to our homebase at Leamington Spa. We were warmly greeted by Mike (Mr Ted) and the beautiful GSD Penny.
The next morning was very cold, so much so that we had to scrape the ice off Mike's van. Since that first morning it has warmed up.
