Hey there :-) I'm writing this from Lisbon, Portugal but having lived in seven countries on four continents (and visited a couple more), I have been a nomad all my life and now started my food exploring journal. I was born in Győr, Hungary in 1982 and am an anthropologist by training. Will hopefully get to work on this entry more but I'll leave it at that now.
