Hola !
I'm Owen & I live in the sydney suburb of Cronulla. I work as a bartender in a local restaurant, but I'm looking to pursue a photographic career, as I find that it would personally be far more rewarding, if not challenging.
I've lived abroad here & there, and found those experiences to be defining in who I am now.
I'd consider myself a serious amateur photographer, as I'm constantly looking to improve my style and vision. I view photography as one of the great artistic mediums, as it's abillity to transfer a single split second moment, to an elaborately staged scene, can have so many profound impacts. Some of it's luck, most of it patience & ability.
I'd like to be chosen , as the opportunity to work with a respected industry professional would be a hugely rewarding experience. Many of us can take a great image, but fewer of us have the skill to string them together into a strong narrative, which is where the great photographers stand out. Being able to learn from an old hand at it all, would be an exciting & rewarding insight into the challenges in what it takes to be a professional.
