My Scholarship entry - Kastellorizo, an idea of "Mediterraneo"

Greece | Tuesday, November 18, 2014 | 5 photos

I'm a freelance photoreporter. I've choosen this way after studying Sciences of Communication between Italy, Spain and Colombia. I understood that to travel, to write and to take photos of my trips was what I was born for.
Reading Terzani and Kapuscinski teached me the importance of knowing different countries and people, especially against nowadays racism and fear. And maybe it teached me how to write about it.
I speak fluent Spanish and a good English. My passions are Latin and Mediterranean areas, especially Colombia and Greece, their nature and culture.
I attendend the Travel Reportage Master in the Italian Geographic Society, in Rome, and worked in the Travel Writing Festival. I collaborate with Antonio Politano, an italian photoreporter who also works with National Geographic.
I have a blog (www.ovunquevada.com) which is now under construction, but maybe will be ready when you'll read this presentation!

Enthusiasm, past experiences in travel reportage and a strong and old interest on Perù (I've only been in Lima, but I've read a lot: Mario Vargas Llosa - in his old books - is one of my favourite writers), are the best contributions I've to offer.
