My name is Oviya Sekar. I graduated with a triple major in English Literature, Psychology and Mass Communication. I then worked as a journalist for a year before getting a Post Graduate Diploma in Film and Television Production. Presently, I work as a copywriter. Photography has been a constant passion, stemming form my love for travel and more recently a social excuse to avoid being in front of the camera. This scholarship would mean a foothold in having a career in photography and an opportunity to travel to a place and experience things that I could barely begin to imagine. It would be a massive privilege to have such a path open to me.
