Most of tenggerian people have unique/special looks, especially about what they are wearing. The cold air make the local Saroong become of the most common thing to see on their body, as it help them to warm up their body. No exception for the kids, as you can see in the picture.

Mount Bromo is an active volcano and part of the Tengger massif, in East Java, Indonesia (seen in background). People who live there are normally called

Tenggerian People at Bromo build their house and living around the massif area, and although today many of them are depend their live from tourism, most of them are still working on their land (farming) for living. You can easily find tengger people walk around their plantation area in the morning and afternoon, when they are going to plant or harvest their plantation.
