I’m unexpected but a memorable person to be with. I’ve a name too, my birth certificate says Ernesto P. Santiago, but my parents also called me Nestor. Still, I like both names. I’ve no manual for my passions. I never let myself to seek passion, but rather I let passion finds me. When you love doing things, that’s passion! I love photography, because it takes me to places where I can be me. When I’m with my camera, I’m a new person. Every image I take becomes a part of me. My goal to become a real photographer drives me to take a better shot. My photography is nil, but I want to grow it from zero to hero. I hope to convert this passion into something meaningful, a source of additional income, perhaps! There’s nothing much to say about why I should be chosen, except that I’m eagerly passionate to learn new things. I want to take images that speak to people who see them. I believe I’m not that old for this scholarship. Am I? I’m 45 years old, still fit to take pictures. My pinoy short legs are well trained to walk, climb, and run. I think I’m taller than Danny De Vito, and I’ve a slimmer body than Maria Sharapova. My eyes are like Chinese, but definitely I’m a Filipino.
