I'm from Moscow, Russia. I do Irish dancing and thanks to it I travel a lot - in fact I've just arrived from Iceland and I'm sending this application to you from Spain. I'm an experienced traveller and very very fit.

I'm a keen photographer as well and most often take pictures of my friends and places we go to. I prefer shooting on film, as it gives me the texture and colors I love so much. My own style in photography is only developing of course, but I can say I love to create images that look unstaged, accidental or transient - which is the essence of photography to me. I also enjoy telling stories through images and putting them together in little photobooks or zines. This year I've been invited to take part in ISSP in Latvia, which will run early in August, and my focus will be exactly photobooks. I never take photos from ambush and always talk to people I photograph. I believe that a good photographer is a good person as well.

I speak English (studied it at the linguistic university), as well as some German and French. I would be absolutely thrilled to work with Jason and learn from him. I know the photography basics, but I would love to learn more about storytelling.
