"Everyone is an explorer. How could you possibly live your life looking at a door and not go open it". Hello Louise here - my take on the world though my photographs is to try and take something seen in a standard way and make it my own so the place/person is seen in another way. I think I should win because I know I have what it takes. I am always, always willing to learn and re-learn ways of doing things. I thrive on new situations, meeting people, taking photographs, throw me in at the deep end and you wont be disappointed. I am a Nikon user at the moment so I would have to re-learn everything from a technical point of view to Canon if I won. I do not believe in editing to basically completely change it but for me I try my very best to capture that image first time as well as possible even if not perfect. I am not a professional but I hope for this one day especially travel. There are too many things to list to what I would gain but for me one of the main things would be to show others a part of the world they may never see or perhaps inspire them to go and be part of it. Travel and photography to me are like a heartbeat, a pulse, it is under my skin and part of me.
