To walk in the wintertime in the wonders Yosemite national Park in California is something impressive and mythical.
During the wintertime, in the days of the week, not many tourists, the atmoshere of the park, when the land is covered
with snow, gets kind of mystical....i said kind of....( to precise that this word is abused nowadays....).
If you travel around with some good friends, they can tell you that some centuries ago, this marvelous land was
inhabitated by the Native Indians, ( can't remember exactly which was the tribe's name) and while i was walking in the paths
sorrounded by deep and intense silence, i was thinking about John Muir, the first man who discovered Yosemite......
John Muir was a Scottish man, who was travellin in America alone. He was probably ad adventurer in search of
money, gold, new life, strong emotions......
When he arrived in California, he probably did not have any idea about the richness and the immensity of this
land....neither about Yosemite area.....he was an amazing brave man.....
He got on this mountains likely with a great will of explorations....in the end of nineteenth century he walk in the footsteps of some
native american.....we won't imagine how was the meeting....how they explain themvelves, how they smell each others, how finally they get an agreement
of peace....in this virgin untouched lands....
