My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

I have always believed that life is a roll film that keeps spinning, and each one of us is the main actor. It’s up to us whether we stay still in one place, write the same stories, and make one dull movie out of our lives; or whether we carry our backpacks and go in adventures to see the world, meet new smiles, write new pages in our book everyday, and make our movies epic and memorable.
I think that photography is one way to truly capture those moments and scenes. Through a photograph, we can eternalize beauty, beauty that someday might wither away. But in our photographs, that beauty will always be there for us to be relished. I hope that the pictures that I took; the photographs that are immortalized in my albums, will be able to tell those stories that I wrote in my life when I’m not there anymore. Those photographs would tell my tales, illustrate the moments that I felt, depict the beauty that I’ve seen, and narrate the movie of my life.
Therefore, I want this scholarship to become a steppingstone for my journey to see the world, an early road that I hike with my backpack and camera in my hand, a path where I can learn from Jason Edwards and start filming the story of my life.
