We are a Canadian couple living in Africa for the most of the last 20 years.  We are currently building the only Sports Academy for Orphans in Zambia, where orphans and underprivileged children can train, develop and improve their skills in a professional and safe environment.

Expeditions to date:

1.  Kalahari Desert, working with remote San tribe, Botswana and Namibia: 1996 - 2000, 2001-2010

2.  Congo, working with Pygmies: 2007, 2010

3.  Vanuatu, South Pacific, Nafe tribe and Kiai: 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011

4.  Amazon jungle, working with the Carib tribe (Venezuela), Davis Indians (Guyana), Mayoruna (Peru and Brazil): 2002, 2004, 2011

5.  Vietnam: Hmong Tribe, Sapa Mountains

6.  Canadian Arctic Inuit, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2011

 

Motorcycle Expeditions to date:

1.  Congo to Namibia, 2200 km, on a 125 cc Shineray - 2010

2.  Cape Town - Zanzibar -Cape Town, 14.000 km, on a Yamaha V Star 1100 Cruiser - 2011

3.  Vietnam, from Mekong Delta in the South to Sapa Mountains, 3200 km, on a 125cc Cubtom - 2011

4.  Windhoek -Cape Town-Durban-Gaborone-Windhoek, on a Yamaha Super Tenere, 6500 km -2012

 

 

Current Expedition:

Round the World expedition by Yamaha Super Tenere, 2 UP, to raise funding for Zambia Sports Academy for Orphans.
