My name is Linda Ellett I am 33 years old, a wife, a mother and work in South Melbourne for a car leasing company. My love (after my husband and 2 daughters) is travel and to document my travels I love to take photos and bore the hell out of my family and friends on return with the stories of my photos.I am not the best at being able to over exaggerate in my voice on the discoveries I have, I prefer to take a photo and have that on record for ever more.Over the last 3 years I have been so lucky to travel to some wonderful countries.The one I love the most is Cambodia. One day I will take my family back with me to experience the wonder that is Cambodia, from incredible temples and pagodas to the poverty and sadness of a begging child.Even with the people of this country having been through so much I found that there was always a smile and a love in every mothers eyes for her child and a farther's pride in the job he did everyday. I also found there was a trust with the people for foreginers I know this 1st hand as I got to mind a market stall in Siem Rep while the owner went home for a print I was after to match one I had already brought in Phnom Phen.I hope you like my photos, I am no where close at being great at taking a collection of photos but I really want to be. I am a willing student and will take everything on board with the greatest respect.To be honest I still do not own a DSLR camera but will in the next fortnight this has been an ongoing request of mine to my husband to purchase for me and as we are travelling to Fraser Is for xmas this year I am hoping that my new camera and practice before we leave will have me boring friends and family with amazing shots.Basic terms I want to learn, I need to learn and I am willing and ready to learn.
