My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Hi! my name is Maria, I am 22 years old and I come from Rome.
I have a big big passion for trips and photos both. Always, everywhere I go, I take tousands of pictures! My dear friend Nikon D5000 follows me in every journey.
During this year we have been in London, Belvedere Marittimo, Florence, Genoa, Prague, Stockholm Linkoping and Sigtuna (Sweden). And now I'm planning a trip in Portugal where I will visit Porto, Faro, Tavira, Lagos, Sagres, Lisboa...and maybe something else!
I really love to visit different places and discover new cultures. I am also thinking to continue my studies in Sweden. Infact I got the bachelor's degree in Biology and now I am applying for a 2 years-master in Linkoping University. I am not afraid about the very cold winters (-21 degrees sometimes) because I love LOVE the snow!
So, about my photography abilities, all I can say is that I am not a professionist, but I followed a basic course of photography and I learned how to set my camera by myself, and something about the light and other useful things. I'd like to learn more and more, and this is the best opportunity for me!
