Photography is my first love. Right before I know what love means to the opposite gender. Photography will always become my source of happiness; past, present and future. Like any other people who fall in love, every time I have a chance to be near and keeping touch with it, my love will grow bigger and bigger. Like knowing your boyfriend worst and best, everything that I found was enough to make me fall even deep.
As I grew older and older I found a new lover: nature. As I also begin to realize that I live in a place that has a beauty no one could deny. Indonesia has it all, from the misty mountain to the deep wide yet amazingly stunning ocean; a postcard-like scenery.
Once I ever get a chance to climb the third highest mountain in Indonesia, and also has a title as the most beautiful mountain in Indonesia. Mount Rinjani well known of its savannah and other beautiful scenery.
My name is Novita Eka Syaputri, a proud Indonesian youth who will turn into a sponge-like and white canvas person ready to absorb and to be painted by any knowledge, skill, ability and experience that National Geographic will provide me, if God allows me to win.
