Hello to all!  This is my way of communicating to each and every one of you who have been a huge part of this upcoming volunteer trip to Ghana Africa to work in an orphanage for 4 weeks. I am more than thrilled to be venturing on such an amazing and life changing journey! I have reached my goal, thanks to all of my friends, family, and co-workers - and will be jetting off on a 6am flight on Oct 12th to Amsterdam (6 hour layover) and then off to Accra where I will be met by a stranger to shuttle me to the place I will call home for 4 weeks. This place I am still unsure of, it will be either with a host family or at the orphanage....this is to be determined.  I am excited to have you join me on this exciting adventure, and will keep you updated weekly with pictures and what I will be doing while at the orphanage.
