Another view from the water of the coastal suburb of Pocitos, 15 minutes by car from the city centre.

The view of the surrounding buildings from the water. The coast of Montevideo is not ocean, this is the Rio de la Plata (the River Plate). It is an estuary of the Paraná and Uruguay Rivers, and forms part of the border between Argentina and Uruguay.

My uncle and my cousin's daughter. Drinking Mate in the street, on the beach, at sports events etc. is a very common thing in Uruguay and very traditional.
