Passport & Plate - Raw Pizza

Ingredients
Base:2tbsp Cashew nuts,4tbsp almonds , 1tbsp black sesame seeds,1tbsp coconut water.
"Cheese": 3tbsp almonds, 3tbsp cashew nuts, 1clove of garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 3tbsp olive oil, 3tbsp coconut water, 1 1/2 tsp lime juice, 1tsp agave syrup, pinch of pepper
Topping: 2tbsp olive oil ? 1tbsp raw soy sauce, 1 tbsp apple vinegard, 1tsp sgave syrup, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper, 1/2 clove of garlic fined chopped, a handful each of chopped pineapple tomato and mushroom, oregano
How to prepare this recipeBase: mix all the ingredients together. Form a base of the pizza and dehydrate for 4 hours or until it's crunchy.
"Cheese": mix all the ingredients in a blander and taste in case it needs more salt or pepper.
Topping:mix all ingredients together leaving the vegies and pineapple for last. Dehydrate for 2/3 hours.
As soon as the base and topping are ready put on the base a handful of the topping, add the cheese and some more topping.

The story behind this recipeThe first of jenuary I start my trip around asia.
I always loved cook since when I was a kid so I planned to do different cooking courses around Asia.
When I was in Bangkok I found the right place for a different kind of course.. A Raw thai cooking course.
I really like raw food cause is healty , fresh and very tasty so I decided to try it.
I'm so glad about the new recipes I learnt and my teacher was so passionate and life's lover.
I decide this recipe cause the taste was a surprise for me as well. I never aspect could it be so good.
