'Crashing' into an Amazonian town

My Scholarship entry - Bolivian Portraits - A country in transformation

Bolivia | Saturday, November 22, 2014 | 5 photos

My name is Nicolas Robinson Andrade, and I was born into an Ecuadorian migrant family that moved to Spain. After years of difficulties at school, I moved to India at the age of 16 and discovered photography. It transformed my life so much that -against all odds- I eventually got a full scholarship to study at the University of Oxford. I knew then, and I know now, that photography will play a much bigger role in my life. These pictures are only the latest chapter in that story, 5 portraits taken just one month ago in a trip through Bolivia.
