Hi, I'm Nicki!

I'm just starting my journey as a photographer having spent a few years gaining work experience and working in the art world before deciding to take a career break and go travelling! I spent last year visiting new places around the world and working out what I want to do in life? After work experience as a documentary researcher at the BBC I realised I want to get out in the world, exploring, discovering, and capturing magical experiences and share my excitement for life and inspire others! For me, photography has the power to open minds, hearts, and inspire change in the world, since understanding starts with awareness, and a picture is worth a thousand words!

I have since created a website for my photography and a blog where I post new photos and adventures weekly. I'm picking up new books all the time to improve my technical knowledge and learning practically by assisting a photographer full time. To join Jason in Muscat would be the opportunity of a lifetime to learn about travel photography right in the field, work hard, and discover a place I've never been to before. I have no doubt it will open up a bright future of new possibilities!
